Gary Woods

Gary Woods began his professional journey in 1982 as an Aeronautical Engineering Apprentice at British Aerospace. Over the course of 42 years, he has gained extensive experience in both the corporate and commercial maintenance sectors. In 1998, he became a certified licensed engineer.

In 2015, Gary transitioned into senior management roles, holding positions in both the corporate and commercial sectors as an EASA/CAA post holder. Throughout his career, he has worked for numerous MROs in various capacities, which has contributed to his vast knowledge and expertise.

As a manager, Gary leads a team of experienced engineers, with his primary responsibility being the efficient operation of the 145 division. He also manages customer expectations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product within specified timelines.
