Company Position:Technical Records Officer
Reports To:Continuing Airworthiness Manager
Job Title:Technical Records Officer
1. Functions of the nominated Role:
To accomplish the functions as designated below.
2. Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
• To receive/review/archive/dispatch technical records for aircraft contracted to aircamo
• Restructure engine records from aircraft technical records, when requested, and collate, audit and update records of work performed and archive DFP’s
• Update work accomplished onto the maintenance information system (MIS), including component changes, AD’s etc
• Liaising with the Senior Planning & Records Officers and management
• Accomplish deep-dive into archive when requested to aid queries and investigations etc
• Manual handling of records and other items when requested in line with H&S
• Provide support and expertise in answering internal, customer and authority queries/audits
• Review received paperwork for completeness and all supporting documentation
• Update log book and MIS with flight details, engine/APU changes etc
• Support the Engine Bay when requested for planning/records/logistics etc
• Collaborate with others within aircamo when requested and necessary to aid planning requirements and targets
• Maintain good organisational and planning skills with the flexibility to adapt to operational priorities
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
• Ensure that all company policies are adhered to, with particular emphasis on all mandatory and regulatory authority related items
• Attend daily meeting/call, planning the workload/priorities when requested
• Identify and suggest and implement new and improved practices and processes
• Attend and accomplish in training as and when requested
• Other suitable tasks that support the continued success of the company
• Carry out aircraft technical planning in support of colleagues when workload dictates (post-training).
3. Primary Objective:
• This role is to work in line with company and regulatory requirements to support the CAMO function of the company and help maintain airworthiness of contracted aircraft.
