Born from experience in 2015 the Aircamo Group has grown to become a reputable industry service provider. In July 2023 Aircamo became part of Sabena Engineering (Brussels).
We will expand our activities to Sendayan Tech Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where we will start up a new Aircraft Engine Service Center.

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Officer to oversee procurement, inventory, and tooling management in support of our aircraft engine maintenance operations. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the timely supply of materials, compliance with aviation regulations, and smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Tooling & Equipment Control
- Maintain calibrated tooling to international recognised standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage non-calibrated tooling inventory, ensuring correct segregation, issuance, and return.
- Maintain and inspect engine stands held for customers, recording all arrivals/departures.
Parts & Material Management
- Store all company parts and materials in controlled and temperature-regulated environments.
- Maintain full inventory records, including life-limited parts, using maintenance ERP systems.
- Handle incoming/outgoing shipments of engines and spare parts, including damage checks.
Logistics & Transportation
- Organise global transport for engines.
- Manage import/export compliance with Malaysian customs and international requirements.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation for audit purposes.
Facilities Oversight
- Ensure all facility equipment servicing meets industry standards.
- Coordinate repairs/replacements to prevent operational disruption.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Source and evaluate new suppliers.
- Ensure purchased products meet technical specifications.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply issues.
- Ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in aviation logistics, procurement, or MRO operations.
- Strong knowledge of tooling control, inventory systems (ECHO, AMOS), and import/export compliance.
- Understanding of EASA requirements preferred.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and supplier negotiation skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a safety-critical environment.
- Strong spoken and written English; high technical English proficiency essential.
