Providing aircraft technical management and approved CAMO and Part 145 engine maintenance services for the lessor/owner and airline community worldwide.
Born in 2015 from experience within maintenance and leasing, the Aircamo Group has grown to become a reputable industry service provider. In July 2023 Aircamo became part of Sabena Engineering.
We will expand our activities to Sendayan Tech Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where we will start up a new Aircraft Engine Service Center.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engine Planner Officer to support the planning, control, and record management of aircraft engine maintenance activities. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant engine maintenance, working closely with internal teams, customers, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Planning & Control
- Plan and control scheduled maintenance and additional requirements.
- Ensure alignment with continued airworthiness and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and issue work orders in accordance with the approved maintenance programme and customer’s instructions.
- Attend daily meetings and calls to prioritise workload and operational requirements.
Records & Compliance
- Maintain and control engine records in line with company, customer, and authority requirements.
- Support audits and queries from customers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, EASA/FAA/CAAM regulations, and other mandatory requirements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise with Management and colleagues to address operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Planning & Records objectives and targets.
- Provide expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders when required.
Continuous Improvement & Safety
- Identify, suggest, and help implement improvements to planning and records processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and participate in manual handling activities where necessary.
- Attend training, meetings, and development sessions as requested
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning and/or engine records management.
- Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations.
- Familiarity with MPDs, AMPs, service bulletins, and regulatory documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in using planning/records IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to support operational priorities and willingness to participate in training.
- Proficient English
